工作职责：

1. Follow up with day to day questions and requirements from doctors and sales reps in Australia, provide quick solutions or connect to internal resources.
2. Provide feedbacks / summaries for questions and problems from local side and trying to improve workflows, SOPs etc., in a more effective way.
3. Make implementations of updated policies and workflows to local side, trying to balance local needs and hq management.
4. Other ad hoc works assigned by line manager.

任职资格：

1. Bachelor degree with 1-2 years previous working experience in to B customer service, fresh graduates are also welcomed.
2. Fluent English both oral and verbal
3. Service attitude and can- do attitude
4. Can adapt to time difference in a frequency
